Thanks for the post. I've been round and round on the Mi No-Fault insurance, couldn't find anybody but Encompass, the agency is Signature Insurance Agency, Warren, Mi. If I can figure the PM thing I'll contact you. I'm at $1100/yr full coverage. MI No-Fault (road use) I had to give them all rollers and the house policies!

HI all what insurance companies is everyone using in Michigan. I have a place in Michigan and Indiana, but due to my local bank in Michigan i had to switch my title to Michigan and will be getting insurance and plates here. I have received a quote from State farm (VERY HIGH) and haven't looked else where yet. If anyone has any suggestions would be much appreciated. Short Change i believe i saw you had progressive somewhere else on the forum are they a competitive rate and how did they classify the reeper? Thanks

Hi Wick, yes I have Progressive now (for now anyway) and I'm classified as a LSV. I went with Progressive on line as my previous agent insisted Progressive wouldn't insure the Reeper. The gal on line said I needed a policy that the Reeper could be added to so I put both trucks and the car with them and then added the Reeper. It was a savings over Encompasse, the only company that I could find that would insure it before. I renewed with them so I'm pretty sure they will stick with me. I did drop collision coverage on the Reeper, don't know if that made a difference for them or not. Insurance has been a headache for the last four years! I've tried at least 4 other companies and bought policies only to be told by letter within 2 weeks that the Reeper would be dropped because of what it was. Best of luck to you and keep us posted.

I'm insured with State farm and it's $27 a month. And mine is NOT a LSV !! It's insured as a regular vehicle !!. State farm WILL INSURE them !!. Actually I've got 7 vehicles insured with them at $268 per month !!. Best deal I've found period !!
