Does anyone have advice on how to remove the rear driveshaft?
You have to drive a pin out of the connection point for the rear diff. Then unbolt the rear diff completely from its mount, next unbolt the lower diff mount and take it completely out. From the back of the machine, grab the diff and rotate it counterclockwise, then rotate it so that the front of the diff starts pointing down (lowers the rear of the driveshaft) this creates a little more room and allows you to pull the diff back more. I had my uncle help me so that one person can rotate the diff and the other one guides the driveshaft out. It's a definitely a 2-3 beer job. Lol! Good luck!
