Well check left front (driver side) to see if which spring set to close to axle , had to move lower shock mount quarter inch back, shocks had to be adjusted, rode to stiff and I broke 2 front driveshafts already without differential locked in on slight hills, and exhaust bolts coming lose , better on road then off road , I rate it a 5 out of 10 test drive it awhile before u buy, wish I did!!!!
Sounds like the factory upgrades didn't include the bolts. It has been said on here several times that you should go through every bolt and nut you can reach and apply locktite. You mentioned that the shocks was way too stiff, that could have contributed to the broken Axles. If the wheels don't stay in contact with the ground under power you can snap one pretty quickly. That goes for all side X sides
Grim you might try some ARP Fastener bolts for your header/exhaust problem backing out. Even if you have to buy some a little to long and cut them down they wont back out on you. I really like their little lock system to prevent back out. And welcome to the gang!!
