So here is a new one. The son and I go one a ride yesterday both of us switching driving duties here and there. Overall great a time. But the next morning I backed it out to fully wash it down and pedal went to the floor and barley stopped, Now WTH so I checked the MC and not a drop of fluid in it. Very interesting, checked all over and garage floor, no signs of a leak. Next thought is that I am turbo charged did I blow something in the Booster prior to the one way valve install? So far everything checks out. Took MC apart and all seems fine, Bench bleed it and it worked just like any other master cylinder i've ever done. So reinstalled it and front brakes bleed great, But nothing to the rears, So I re bench bled the MC and the put the vacuum bleeder on the rears. no fluid So then thought its getting air from somewhere and was thinking the proportion valve under steering shaft, Took Banjo fitting off the MC and put it in a tin of brake fluid and attempted to pull fluid to the rears, Fluid flowed thru no problem with the vacuum bleeder. So its like WTH is going on, bench bled the MC again... fronts do fine, again, cant get anything to rears. bleeds fine on bench but nothing installed, even with vacuum bleeder right at port? I checked the push rod distance and play, its in specs. Oh and as TJ mentioned in the other soft pedal post, No brake lights. So I have no Idea at this point, I have a new MC on way but prob should have done a new P valve as well. but almost 30 yrs in the business and this one is baffling me. But guessing it's something to do with the rear area of MC But where did the fluid originally go?
