I emailed Duruxx to see if a kit to install inner door handles was available and the response was yes. I then followed the instructions and emailed the order dept. and am awaiting the response on how much. It may be that the Isuzu Trooper handles some have used might be a better way but options are good. When I hear back I will let everyone know the cost.
As a follow up, Duruxx said no because it is a Reeper and Arizona Motors says they are on 2016 models and won't work. Maybe they have not looked at the mechanisms and door frames. I guess I will hit the wrecking yards.
Arizona Motors did email back that they would sell the parts but there would be no guarantees they would work. That is very fair. Thanks! I don't know the price but I think I will do the Isuzu Trooper Auto Wrecking trip anyway. I used to love going to Wrecking yards except now the closest is 50 miles away.
Arizona Motors continues to impress me, I wish they were 1,100 miles closer. I guess they will be come January for 2months. It is nice to know they will be there if I have issues (and if I can convince my wife on options).
Instead of running around the junk yards 50 miles away I would be ordering something off of Ebay like these. Just cut the holes out the size to fit and make a small bracket on the back to retain against the plastic door panel. Next make some custom rod pulls out of coat hanger material and your set.
It was actually quite simple to add them. It took about an hour per side. I used welding rod instead of coat hanger but they work well.
Have any measurements of where you possisitioned your handles?
